Chee is a Tokyo based producer, DJ and record store owner best known in Japan for his involvement with the cosmic disco outfit Discossession (Crue-l records), whose releases and remixes have been big favourites for the likes of Prins Thomas, Optimo and Tim Sweeney.
After being in the music industry for over twenty years, Chee is about to launch his own solo project on Lovefinger’s New York based label ESP.
Chee’s DJ sets mostly comprise a repertoire of hypnotic, cosmic grooves that generate a warm, trippy feel on the floor. Perfect summer music.
